EFT:
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has become one of the most widely used treatments for a vast array of ailments and psychological ills. Since it inception by Gary Graig many health professionals have added it to their 'tool kits' to aid success in their practices.
TAPPING IN:
Also know as 'Tapping' because of the way fingers are use to stimulate acupressure points around the face and body – you literally 'Tap' into the bodies own healing energy.
HYPNOTIC DIAGNOSTICS:
A simple self hypnosis technique is employed to aid the 'diagnosis' of the issue that you wish to address. It is also an invaluable tool for helping to release stress and anxiety.

I have been using EFT for the past 5 years and have found it to be an extremely valuable addition to my range of treatments and in my own personal progression. It's simplicity of application adds to it's attraction as one the most effective self help techniques available today.
